By placing an order with Stamp Store you agree to the following
Payment is required before your order will be made, unless prior arrangements have been made.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Diners Club & Paypal for instant payments.
We may offer you on request to Pay by Phone or, Direct Deposit or Cheque. If you choose pay by phone, direct deposit or cheque, your order will not be made or posted until we receive your payment.
We strive to provide the best quality products and will replace without question any that are found to be faulty within 90 Days
Quality of Goods
Stamps are designed to produce an average of 1,000 Plus impressions. However individual stamps will vary above and below this figure.
If you request a proof of your design when placing your order, your proof will be emailed to you usually within one business day to the email address supplied in your order. This proof needs to be approved promptly to avoid delays with your order. If you do not approve your proof within 7 business days, and do not answer our follow up emails, your stamp will be made and posted with the information supplied to us in your order. If your stamp gets made and posted without us receiving your proof approval, you will be responsible for any mistakes in the information supplied in your order.
Loyalty reward points features
We ceased our rewards program, any store credit you have accrued with remain in your StampStore Account until used on future orders.
Either call us to make arrangements for return of faulty goods or return the goods quoting the original Invoice / Order Number and date purchased. We will replace them forthwith.
If you are unhappy with your order due to the goods being faulty, StampStore guarantees to replace or refund your order. StampStore will not replace or refund orders that have been orderd with incorrect details supplied by you the customer or ordered in error by you the customer, eg incorrect size.
Most orders are dispatched within two working days after your order is received, paid and proof approved.
We guarantee to process your paid order within 21 days.
Delivery Methods & Charges
Free Shipping on orders over $70 within Australia
Orders will be delivered by Australia Post eParcel with a tracking number.
Orders under $70 will be charged $7.70
Express Post are also available at an additional fee
International: Unfortunately we only ship to Australia only
StampStore reserves the right to charge a freight charge of $15 to parcels / orders returned to StampStore due to Australia Post or the Courier not being able to deliver your parcel / order
due to the following reasons.
(1) You supply us with a wrong or incomplete address or,
(2) you unavailable or refuse to sign for the delivery for your order and Australia Post returns it to us.
GST is applied at 10% in Australia.

StampStore does not pass data about its customers to any third party.

All transactions processed by our website are encrypted & secure.
On-line Credit card transactions are securely handled by eway.

Applicable Law / Courts of Jurisdiction
StampStore is governed by the laws and courts of Australia.
