By placing an order with Stamp Store you agree to the following

Payment Options

Payment is required before your order will be made, unless pior arrangements have been made.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Diners Club & Paypal for instant payments.

You can also choose to pay by Pay by Phone, Direct Deposit or Cheques. If you choose pay by pay by phone, direct deposit or cheque, your order will not be made or posted until we receive your payment.  Please make your payment promptly to avoid delays with your order.

Guarantees

We strive to provide the best quality products and will replace without question any that are found to be faulty within 90 Days

Quality of Goods

Stamps are designed to produce an average of 1,000 Plus impressions. However individual stamps will vary above and below this figure.

Proof Approvals
If you request a proof of your design when placing your order, your proof will be emailed to you usually within one business day to the email address supplied in your order. This proof needs to be approved promptly to avoid delays with your order. If you do not approve your proof within 7 business days, and do not answer our follow up emails, your stamp will be made and posted with the information supplied to us in your order. If your stamp gets made and posted without us receiving your proof approval, you will be responsible for any mistakes in the information supplied in your order.

Returns Procedures

Either call us to make arrangements for return of faulty goods or return the goods quoting the original Invoice / Order Number and date purchased. We will replace them forthwith.

Refunds

If you are unhappy with your order due to the goods being faulty, StampStore guarantees to replace or refund your order.  StampStore will not replace or refund orders that have been orderd with incorrect details supplied by you the customer or ordered in error by you the customer, eg incorrect size.

Delivery Times

Most orders are dispatched within two working days after your order is received.

We guarantee to process your order within 21 days.

Delivery Methods & Charges

$4.00  - FLAT RATE PER ORDER AUSTRALIA POST

(NON TRACKED AT CUSTOMERS RISK). Choosing this option, you agree if your parcel gets lost in the post it will not be replaced.

$6.00  - AUSTRALIA POST RECEIPTED DELIVERY. (TRACKED) You will need to be available to sign for your parcel. Lost parcels will be replaced.

EXPRESS POST  The postage cost will be calculated in the checkout. Usually around $12.20

INTERNATIONAL The freight cost will be shown in the checkout.

StampStore reserves the right to charge a freight charge of $10 to parcels / orders returned to StampStore due to Australia Post not being able to deliver your parcel / order
due to the following reasons.
(1) You supply us with a wrong or incomplete address or,
(2) you unavailable or refuse to sign for the delivery for your order and Australia Post returns it to us.

Taxes

GST is applied at 10% in Australia.

StampStore is not responsible for taxes and duties outside Australia

Data Protection

StampStore does not pass data about its customers to any third party.

All transactions processed by our website are encrypted & secure.
On-line Credit card transactions are securely handled by eway.

Applicable Law / Courts of Jurisdiction

StampStore is governed by the laws and courts of Australia.

Retention of Title

All designs and artwork prepared by StampStore are Copyright © by StampStore and may not be reproduced without permission from StampStore.
