This tracking is manually updated between 9AM & 4PM, Monday to Friday. TRACK PARCEL WITH AUSTRALIA POST Note: When tracking with Australia Post, the orders will not appear in the tracking system until they reach the destination post office. This means while they are in transit, there will be no record found. Your order number can be found on the Tax Invoice / Order confirmation that was emailed to you when you made your order and in the proof that was emailed to you.
If you perform an action eg. Make a payment, the results of the search will still reflect the old values until we update the page. This is usually every afternoon.
All orders are initially marked as "Waiting for Payment" = YES, even if you have paid online.
